We Do not deliver to Chatham Island
At Glow Haven, all our candles are handmade to order, ensuring you receive a unique and high-quality product. Because of this, please allow up to 10 business days (approx.) for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once dispatched, your order will be sent via courier for quick delivery. If you're located in a rural area, please allow an extra few days for your parcel to arrive.
For wholesale orders, processing time may take up to 15 business days before dispatch due to the larger quantities involved.
Important: Please double-check your shipping address, as we will not be liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
Discounts
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your candles! However, as each candle is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
We take extra care in packaging to ensure your candles arrive safely. However, if your candle arrives damaged during transit, please email us at info@glowhaven.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach a clear photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Our decorative candles are primarily designed for display purposes. Since they come in various unique shapes and sizes, burn times will differ from standard candles. If you do decide to burn them, always follow proper candle safety guidelines.
